    If you're a renter and considering renting a property out through this agency and Di Bryan in particular, stay far, far away. They are dishonest scum bags. I've been stuck in a year and a half hell trying to get my bond back. Back and forth emails and phone calls. Sending in my bond claim form 3 times. All dead ends. They say things like 'Oh sorry, i understand it's frustrating you haven't got it yet! I promise it'll come through in the next week!' until months and months go by without hearing anything back or receiving the bond. Then they'll randomly email you one day (today was my lucky day!! YAY!!) and say they're doing a bond audit and want to take all these charges out of your bond and is that ok? Be prepared to be messed with and take a day off from work to go to VCAT. They rent out properties for their friends, that are illegally subdivided so be careful. With this arrangement you'll never have any repairs done that cost the landlord money. Any requests will be ignored. They are always looking out for their friends. Nepotism at it's most disgusting.
